was 52 degrees here in ky this mornin....not too hot,not too cold.....startin a journal really helps..ive had a thread for almost 2 years and it's a lot of fun to look back and see how far i've came.... in better shape right now than i have been in 20 years......make the rest of yer life,the best of yer life......'keep the continue'
